A man was arrested in the ByWard Market core after he was found to be carrying a 9mm handgun and several types of drugs.
Ottawa Police Service Bikes and Beats officers were conducting a walkthrough of a Rideau Street business between Nicholas Street and Colonel By Drive when they saw a man preparing cannabis for sale.
