Bikes on patrol in Maryborough

Maryborough-QLD-Australia - With the start of the school holidays, Maryborough community members might see their local police not only patrolling in their usual marked police vehicles, but also patrolling on two wheels with the use of the police pushbikes.

Senior Sergeant Cole, Officer in Charge of Maryborough Station said it’s a great opportunity for us to police our community further, to give us increased flexibility and greater mobility across our policing division .

Police pushbike patrols will be out and about, particularly in the parklands and school grounds throughout the holidays and will continue on patrols. Keep a look out for our girls and boys in blue.
