The IPMBA Conference is designed for anyone who needs or wants to know more about any and every aspect of public safety bicycle use. It is attended by bike patrol personnel and administrators from cities, towns, counties, parks and universities; EMS providers, search-and-rescue personnel, and sworn public safety personnel seeking advice on starting a bicycle unit. The average attendance (including all categories of attendees) is 150.
