Three seats on the IPMBA Board of Directors will be up for election/re-election at the 2019 IPMBA Conference in Fort Worth, Texas. This is the official notice for those who may be interested in serving on the IPMBA Board.
In order to be eligible to serve on the Board of Directors, you must be an active IPMBA member in good standing. A minimum of 2/3 of the Board must be active IPMBA instructors. The Board shall be composed of persons dedicated to the mission of the organization, possessing the skills to govern the organization and inclusive of the diversity of the community being served.
Any qualified member can become a candidate for the Board of Directors by:
a. Submitting a letter of interest to the Executive Director after the official notice and no later than 30 days prior to the first day of the Annual IPMBA Conference (last day to submit letter and resume will be March 11, 2019), and
b. Submitting a resume or C.V. (curriculum vitae). If a resume or C.V. is not submitted, the candidate’s name will be deleted from the list of potential candidates.
If you are interested in serving on the IPMBA Board, you may submit your letter of interest and resume to the Executive Director at any time before March 11, 2019.

You will be strongly encouraged to address the board during the conference in April (in person or online); exact date and time to be determined.
